Can you imagine the fear of falling 3,000 feet with only a partially deployed parachute? I can't imagine watching the ground race up towards me as I fell to Earth.

Mackenzie Wethington from Joshua, Texas traveled with her dad to Oklahoma for her birthday present which just happened to be skydiving adventure. That's when tragedy struck and she fell to Earth.

Miraculously, she survived and is expected to make a full recovery.
