For as long as there has been fraternities, questionable decisions have been made.  A Texas Tech fraternity is now under investigation for displaying 'inappropriate images.'

It is no secret that fraternities sometimes cross the ethical line.  But the Texas Tech chapter of Phi Delta Theta crossed that line in a very public way.  On Monday, a website called Total Frat Move shared two pictures that were allegedly from the fraternity.

The first one was of a sign that said: 'No Means Yes, Yes Means Anal."  The second picture was of a woman's privates and had a working sprinkler in it.  The website said that the pictures were from a party the fraternity threw over the weekend.

A spokesman for Texas Tech told the Huffington Post that "Sexual misconduct is a serious issue," and that an investigation was going on.  There is no word if any other punishments were given.  However, the national office of Phi Delta Theta has decided to suspend the Lubbock chapter while the investigation happens.

The fact that no one saw a problem with the 'No Means Yes' sign is a huge problem in itself.  I have been to college and I understand that sometimes you do things that you think are funny.  But this isn't!  It is definitely sending the wrong message.  If a girl says no, it means no.

What do you think should happen to this fraternity?
