According to the Amarillo Zoo:

The discovery location remains a closely guarded secret, but rumor has it that the Sasquatch was discovered somewhere in the Pacific Northwest region of the United states. The origin of Sasquatch has always been clouded in mystery- cultures around the world have described large, apelike creatures that walk upright like a human. The names "Bigfoot" and "Yeti" are synonymous with such creatures. Many believe that this animal may be a descendant of a large primate thought to have gone extinct over 10,000 years ago called Gigantopithecus blacki.

Apparently the Amarillo Zoo was chosen in a some kind of national lottery to be the first to have the Sasquatch on display.  You definitely don't want to miss this 8 foot creature.

The creature will be on display tomorrow from 6-8pm.

Plus don't miss out on all the other amazing animals at the Amarillo Zoo.
