The Best Michael Buble Songs Of All Time – Lori’s Top 5
Michael Bublè, when I hear Michael Bublè, it puts a smile on my face. His voice is like satin. It's soft, smooth and it makes you want to cuddle up in bed. Michael Bublè is the throwback to the days of Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, the days of the smooth crooner. So I hope you enjoy my top 5 Michael Bublè Songs.
Save the Last Dance
This song was originally recorded in 1960 with the late Ben E. King and The Drifters. Michael Buble release his version in 2005 it was his third and final single off the It's Time album. The song was also featured in the movie The Wedding Date and on the soundtrack along with his hit Home (see below for more info on Home).
According to Michael's page on Warner Music:
“I wrote that song about the great happiness of real love, but at the same time I was making a statement about the world,” Bublé says. “We're living in really crazy times, and I wanted to say that no matter what's happening, this person in my life is what really makes it worthwhile.”
Michael released this single in 2007, off the It's Time album and as mentioned above, it was featured in The Wedding Date and on the soundtrack. According to Lifestyle Magazine, “While away in Italy, Bublé wrote his hit, “Home,” for then-girlfriend, Debbie Timuss.” In 2008 country star Blake Shelton recorded a country version of Home and found success with the song.
Hollywood is the fifth single from Michael's Crazy Love Album. Although I like the song, I love it more because of the video. I mean they dressed Michael up as Justin Bieber. It's a great giggle.
Haven’t Met You Yet
Haven't Met You Yet, was the first single from Michael's Crazy Love album, released in 2009. He dedicated the song to his then fiance, now wife Luisana Lopilato. If you don't know who his wife is, she plays his love interest in the video below.
Michael Bublè released Christmas in October! You can hear a sample of the songs below. Then decide if you want to win the CD.
