TV can be frustrating when all your favorite TV shows go on hiatus for the summer.  However, some of the best series are released in the summer so it kind of makes up for all your other shows going into reruns.  So here are my top 5 most anticipated shows this summer.

This is one of the Netflix original series.  I didn't watch the first season until Christmas vacation last year and when I came to the last episode I was screaming.  I actually thought that it was already through season 2.  I was wrong.  So I am anxious to what happened with Piper.  The new season will be released on Netflix on June 6th.  So I know what I'll be doing that weekend.

Friday, June 6th, Netflix

What can I say, I loved Boy Meets World.  I watched it religiously and I still watch the reruns.  I am looking forward to seeing where they are taking the new serious.  I seriously hope it is just as good as the original because I know for me, I'm the mom now not the kid.  I know we'll get to see Cory and Topanga, I just hope we see lots of Eric, Shawn and Mr. Feeny.

Friday, June 27th, 8:45pm, Disney Channel.

I am curious to find out how they will wrap up the story of Sookie Stackhouse.  They have strayed so far away from the books that this story has gotten ridiculous and once Alan Ball left the directors chair the series hasn't been the same.  However, with that said, I have been loyal since the beginning so I will be loyal through the end.

Sunday, June 22nd, 8pm, HBO

Will Hallie get adopted or will she find her real father.  Will Brandon be able to play piano again?  What will happen with the baby.  I want to find out the answers to all these questions.

Monday, June 16th at 8pm on ABC Family

Finally, a TV show about pirates.  I love the Pirates of the Caribbean movies (not comparing this show to it) so I cannot wait for this new show.  A show about pirates that starts John Malkovich.  I'm seriously excited about this one.  I hope it is good.  I hate getting into shows only to have them cancelled 6 episodes into it (Dracula was one of the fall casualties and I loved it.)
