It's been just three days since 'The Walking Dead' wrapped up its best year yet with three finale "Welcome to the Tombs," but AMC already has big plans for season 4. In addition to the recent casting call for new series regular "Roy Stark," 'The Walking Dead' season 4 has officially elevated three of its own, promoting Chad Coleman (Tyreese), Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha) and Beth (Emily Kinney) to series regulars. Find out the latest on 'The Walking Dead' season 4 inside!

'The Walking Dead' season 3 finale "Welcome to the Tombs" saw some major additions to the prison population, but it's the series regulars that are really growing. TVLine has announced that Chad Coleman, Sonequa Martin-Green and Emily Kinney have all been promoted to series regulars, giving their characters Tyreese, Sasha and Beth some much-needed screentime next year.

Both Coleman and Martin-Green joined the series as Tyreese and sister Sasha in mid-season finale "Made to Suffer,' while Kinney's character first appeared in season 2 episode "Bloodletting." The season 4 regular role of Army medic "Roy Stark" has yet to be cast, but AMC earlier confirmed that David Morrissey's villainous Governor would return in season 4 as a series regular.

Interestingly, only Coleman's character Tyreese shares a comic-book counterpart, though Martin-Green's Sasha and Kinney's Beth represent composite adaptations of several characters from Robert Kirkman's work.

Sounds like Rick Grimes will have to share the spotlight quite a bit in season 4, but what say you? Are you excited to see more from Tyreese, Sasha and Beth, now that Chad Coleman, Sonequa Martin-Green and Emily Kinney have gone full-time? What major characters would you like to see appear in 'The Walking Dead' season 4?
