When you get stopped by the police it is never a good thing.  You usually find yourself upset especially if you know you didn't break the law.  Why would you get pulled over?  Well these traffics stops turned into something magical.  Instead of giving these unsuspecting motorists a ticket, they get a Christmas surprise.  It is what this season is all about.  It seems that it is good to get pulled over in Lowell, Michigan around Christmas.
