Outlaw Promotions is a family owned business. Joe Hibbert started Outlaw Promotions after running Gray county (KS) Fair Demo for 6 years. Outlaw Promotions has been operating on its own for ten years. Joe has three boys that are currently driving and a daughter. The reason he started promoting was because the boys were becoming of age to drive and Joe wanted them to have safe derbys to run in. He was asked to do other county derbys, before he knew it Outlaw Promotions had several derbys. Now Outlaw Promotions has a large extended family across the five state area.
Five years ago Joe Hibbert started ATV rodeos. This gives people with ATVs a chance to show their skills on an ATV. Their main goal is to have a safe, fun show and make friends after all is said and done.
They are members of Kansas Fairs and Festivals and now a member of Colorado Association of Fairs and Shows! They have been highlighted on The National Geographic Show ” Monster Fish”. Also, they try to run innovative rules and work hard to promote your shows. They do things different from others thats why they are “The Outlaws.”
