I keep hearing about this thing called a blow out.  Honestly, I had no idea what it was until one of my awesome co-workers said, "hey have you had a blow out."  I told her,  "no" and she said, "you have to get one." 

So me being clueless I agreed and since surely, I'm not the only one who doesn't know what this is, I decided to take you along with me.
