I know it can be tough sometimes to get dinner on the table.  So it is always nice when you can do it quick and easy.  I am notorious for mixing up different things especially when I'm in a time crunch.   That's why I love quick and easy dinners.  So here is one I have thrown together several times that is quick, easy and tastes pretty darn good.
