A study has found that doing this, is the best way to get to bed faster.

The easiest way to get to sleep is to create a checklist of things you need to do tomorrow. It can even be a list of things you want to get down the next couple of days.

 

 

A study was done at Baylor University to monitor the sleep patterns of about 60 people between the ages of 18 and 30.

 

 

Half of them spent five minutes writing to-do lists before they went to bed.  The other half made a list of all the things they'd accomplished that day.

 

 

The ones who made to-do lists fell asleep nine minutes faster.

 

The list doesn’t have to be a long list. A few bullet points can help. But those who wrote a longer list fell asleep a lot faster.
