Amarillo’s Seeing Double With New Restaurant

Amarillo goes through this cycle. We lose some beloved restaurants. It happens. Sometimes it is for good reasons such as retirement. Sometimes it is not. Then with closings, we also end up having some new places open up. There seems to be a lot of that going on.

We really want to hear about the newly opened restaurants. We want to hear about the growth of our city. That growth is a new business. Luckily that is happening here in Amarillo too. We are adding new places.

Jacobo's Cafe is one of those that is doubling. They have their first location at 3701 Olsen Blvd. If you haven't been there you are missing out on some great authentic Mexican food. They are open for both breakfast and lunch.

They just made the announcement that they have added a second location. They expanded to the other side of Amarillo. Their new location is at 1300 S Grand.

This new location even has a drive-thru to make those early-morning breakfast burritos even more convenient for you.

So there really is no excuse. They have two locations. When you are in the mood for breakfast or authentic Mexican food Jacobo's Cafe has both for you. In a time when restaurants have been closing it is nice to see some thriving and expanding.
