Update: Newest Pizza Location is Open in Amarillo

Amarillo loves pizza. We love all kinds of pizza. Some people just like a basic cheese pizza. Some are a lot more adventurous and you can throw whatever you want on a crust and we will eat it up. We are hit or miss when it comes to pineapple though. We will still debate that one.

I remember when I moved to the Texas Panhandle and we had very limited options for pizza. Boy, have the times changed. I can even find a pizza from my childhood growing up in Chicago here in Amarillo. So yeah times have changed and the pizza options have expanded. That makes for a win here in Amarillo.

We first heard about La Bella's adding a third location in Amarillo back in July. They were moving into that little island property on Sixth Street. It didn't take them long to get up and running after the first hint of them coming.

By the end of August, their makeover was visible to the public. We were getting a La Bella's on Sixth Street and soon.

Here we are at the end of September and things certainly moved fast. Recently I saw a post that said they were waiting on their inspections and we know how long that can take. It can really delay a business. We have seen it.

It does seem that the final inspection went off without a hitch. Their very next post was letting us know that they are now open.

So if you are in the area and need a new place for pizza La Bella's is there for you. They are ready to make you a pizza or two. All you have to do is give them a try.
