Patrons showed up ready for some rock and roll from 38 Special and Kansas, and unfortunately, they only got one of those bands.

Did Someone Not Show Up In Canyon

Both bands had pulled into town, had unloaded, and were ready to put on one heck of a show. Equipment had been placed, sound checks had happened, and a night of nostalgia was on tap.

The Show Must Go On

Even though 38 Special couldn't take the stage, Kansas still gave the crowd an unforgettable performance, playing such favorites as "Dust In The Wind" and "Carry On Wayward Son".

However, when people purchased their tickets, they expected to be able to belt out "Hold On Loosely". While many understood why they couldn't sing along, they did wonder if there would be any refund.

How To Obtain A Partial Or Full Refund

The Lumberyard has announced a pretty extensive refund program to make up for the fact that 38 Special was unable to perform.

Below you will find all the different reimbursements you may be eligible for based on whether you attended the show and what type of tickets you had purchased.
