Amazingly Fun Farm 2014

It seems that Halloween has become more of an adult holiday than it is for kids.  Well, not at my house.  As a matter of fact, we try to make it a family holiday.  We all dress up and make sure our son has the best time.  Here are some fun family activities that you might enjoy!

Over the last couple of years, larger companies have been getting a jump on Black Friday shopping and started opening their doors for huge sales on Thanksgiving Day.  By doing this, they have taken Thanksgiving away from their employees.  However, other companies are stepping up and saying no to opening on Thanksgiving Day.

LabDoor did a study on fun and scary facts about Halloween and some of their findings are both fun and scary.

When you think of bats you usually don't think, "Awwww, how cute."  However, this might change your mind.  This baby bat was abandoned by its mother and was raised by the Bat World Sanctuary.  Get ready to say, "Awwww, how cute!"

Just imagine eating something absolutely wonderful for the first time.  Remember when you had your first bite of a delicious dessert you had not eaten before.  How did you react?  Happy, excited, elated, giddy?  That's exactly what happens to this porcupine and it is incredibly cute.

Stores opening their doors on Thanksgiving Day to usher in the holiday shopping season is almost as much a part of turkey day as football and a tryptophan-induced nap, but that may change.
