If 2020 showed us anything it is how stressed we are these days. We need to learn to control that but it can be hard. We are missing out on sleep. We are missing out on a lot of good for us things. We don't get out as much with our family and friends because of stress.
I have had two dogs for the past twelve years. They have been best buds. Cinnamon and Chipper were both Puggles, half Pug and half Beagle, the weren't from the same litter but they sure thought so. They were both the same age. So really they were like sisters.
Stress, stress all around. We found out a few ways to combat it. Is there more that we can do? Of course. Stress causes so many negative outcomes in our life. Our bodies turn against us. Our brain can't shut off. We can't sleep so we end up just wearing down.
Sometimes stress is a part of life. Especially when you are dealing with a ton of changes. You may have lost your job. Maybe you got sick. Maybe you are worried still about getting sick or how to pay bills.
Nothing ruins a weekend more than worrying about the work week ahead of us. Sometimes it is just the dread of having to worry about the work load you may be facing.
