burn ban

Wildfire season is here, and it's gonna take all of us to get through it.

Hopefully we'll get some moisture in the area soon.

There is a burn ban in effect!

Randall County and Potter County have put a burn ban in effect.

Even with some heavy storms over the last couple months, conditions have remained dry across the area.

The combination of high temperatures and lack of rain has created a perfect environment for fires.

Burn ban, now there is something we haven't heard a lot of this year.  We have been blessed with a ton of rain this year, however, since we haven't seen a whole lot of moisture lately we are now looking at a burn ban for Randall County.

Spring is here and with spring comes wind and dry weather.  Right now the conditions in Randall County are dry enough that a burn ban has been enacted.
