The Electric Light Parade will not be happening in 2020.

If you were planning on attending an event at the Civic Center Complex, I would recommend checking their calendar to see if it has been canceled or rescheduled.

The good news is that Jazztober will be back in 2021.

They are still planning on having the livestock show, though, and they've scheduled the Tri-State Fair and rodeo for September of next year.

Monday morning the Insane Inflatable team made an announcement on their Facebook page informing their runners the event that was supposed to happen Aug 8 has been canceled.

No beer. No bacon. No karate kicks.

The announcement highlighted how now is the time to look after neighbors and loved ones, and that that they will be back next year.

It's not all bad news, though. If you're a baseball fan and are itching to hear the crack of a bat, there will be some baseball played in Hodgetown.
