Take me back to last fall.....I made one of my weekly trips to Beef O' Brady's to watch the game. They introduced some new burgers to their menu and I was excited.

So I suggested the other day that we order take-out for a work meeting. We decided to order from Schlotzsky's. My friend Heather just moved here and never ate there.

I guess we can blame the millennial's for this as well. The end to our beloved American Cheese.

I love food! I love interesting foods. I can eat weird foods but that is NOT what I want to do.

There is just something about cheese.  Cheese is a wonderful delight.  The great thing about cheese is you can put it on just about anything.  It goes with all sorts of food. So in honor of National Cheese Lovers Day, I thought I might make you drool a bit over this delicious cheese.

I'll admit, I love cheese.  I don't think I could live without cheese.  A cube of cheese, a slice of cheese, queso, cheese enchiladas, quesadillas, nachos, cheese goes with everything.  So if you love cheese as much as I do, you are going to love the science behind the cheese.  For instance, cheese was an accident.
