This seems so like a 2021 problem but apparently the shortage of workers here in Amarillo is going to follow us into 2022. So much that it is going to force us to have one less place to eat at on Sundays.
The good news is that it looks like you'll have plenty of options when it comes to where you will be taking in a movie with the family on Thanksgiving.
Amarillo has said hello and goodbye to a lot of places to eat recently. I am excited when we get new places opening up their doors to try. It's tough to keep a restaurant going. Especially with the challenges that have faced us with finding employees.
Just when we really were hoping to be putting the term Covid behind us this happens. OK I know I am living in a dream world and that word would not be leaving our vocabulary any time soon. I know this word is sticking around. We can hope anyway but here we are with another closing due to Covid.
One of the best things about growing up in Canyon and going to school there were some of the cool things they had to offer. Canyon does have some coolness factors. I mean there is only a short drive to Palo Duro Canyon.
