Of course this is the real world and we know that junk food is not good for us. Not good for our bodies. Not good for our brains. We need to cut out as much as we possibly can. It seems during this pandemic we easily have more junk food at the house.
This time of the year we have passed all the holiday cheer. Our families may have gone home. It's just back to the day in and day out of our regular schedule. It is dark earlier and the temperatures drop.
You love staying up late. If you have kids you get the house to yourself for a bit. Also there is some time to enjoy your favorite show on television or a good book.
So if you have a Netflix subscription then you know how it can be when you start a series and go on a Netflix binge. Then you are at a point where there is one episode left and then it is done and you are left feeling empty and alone. You aren't alone, it is the beginning of Netflix depression.
