When it comes to doing quirky things, it takes a while for Amarillo to catch up with the rest of the world.

OK....I have never been a fan of eating out at a restaurant by myself? I always felt awkward.

So, it wasn't technically a date. I'm still glad I got invited to experience the "Mixology Class" at Copper Fire Grill.
