A newly renovated apartment complex is hosting a Grand Opening.

So I spend a lot of time stalking, no I mean researching, good places to eat here in Amarillo. I am all about the more the merrier. If you can give me a reason to want to visit you won half the battle.

I have been thinking about this for awhile. I was going to do it. I needed to. I wanted to see how I would do. I am talking about a juice cleanse from Clean Juice in Amarillo. They had their Grand Opening Celebration over the weekend and we got to be out for it. So it was the perfect chance to take the leap.

The wait is about to be over. The pool at Thompson park is about to be open again. This has been one heck of a ride. It really has. Back in 2018 the news came out that due to safety concerns the pool at Thompson Park was closing.

Good things come to those that wait. Better late than never. Those are two things that come to mind when we think about Thompson Park Swimming Pool. It has been a heck of a wait.

It is finally time for a new restaurant to open here in Amarillo. This is one that I heard about last year. Anyone who loves seafood will have another place to add to their list of places to try.

I remember when I first heard about this story. Take me back to June of 2019. Yes, June of 2019. That was a much simpler time. That was back when I first had heard about the store Five Below.

One of the nice things about going to bigger cities is the choices you can find. So many places to shop. So many places to eat. Plenty of places to drink. Amarillo is definitely moving on up.

I think this has been one of the most anticipated restaurant openings here in Amarillo. We got wind of the fact we were getting a Chuy's in Amarillo. Oh and then Covid hit. So with that, of course, there was a delay. Some of us worried that it might not happen at all.
