This Black Friday has taken on a whole new concept. Early online shopping, with no door busters and no crowds of people grasping at the latest and greatest gadgets.

In a display of longevity that most of us can only hope for, 92-year-old Rose Syracuse retired last week from her job in the accounting department at Macy's Department Store after a whopping 73 years. But here's the kicker -- she would kept on working, she said, if not for a recently-broken hip.

Yep.  New York's biggest parade is being made into a Hollywood movie. What's next, a film based on a gum wrapper? Producers Scott Glassgold and Ramond Brothers of IAM Entertainment have bought the rights to develop a film based on the annual parade. Says The Hollywood Reporter:
