This is going to be a yearly reminder. It should go without saying but be kind on Valentine's Day. I am not talking about kindness to your date. That should be a given. I mean to anyone in the service industry.

I use to wait tables for many years so I know how great it is to have that story you can tell about some really great customers. Those stories stick with you.
