Being a parent is hard. The day to day stuff is tough enough. Then it comes time for a few days off of school and you may be at a loss of what to do with the kids.

You can feel it in the air. Last week's sneak peak, I think, got us all ready to get outside. Luckily Spring Break is next week and not this one. Of course as Amarillo will do it they wanted to give us one more bite of colder weather.

Here we are starting Spring Break of 2021. Last year the students went on break and then never went back. Parents remember that time well. There was definitely a lot of uncertainty. Things have changed a lot in a year.

I miss those days of having a week off for spring break. Don't you? Once you start working that can sometimes be the source of stress for what you are doing with your kiddos for that week.

Whether you're taking off to the beach for the week or have other vacation plans, these are items you're sure to need this spring break.

I never really took part in the Spring Break traditions. In high school I used that week to relax. Heck in college I did too!

I don't ever remember spring break at WT being a thing. It was a reason to go home.
