texting and driving

Technically, it is illegal for you to use your phone when you're stopped at a red light in Texas.

Take a look while you are driving and you will see it everywhere. I walk around town a lot with a friend and we notice two things. First people are in such a huge hurry. Oh, and they can't seem to put their phones down.

I'm a pretty gregarious driver.  But there are certain things that get under my skin.  Apparently, I'm not alone.

Texting and driving is dangerous, in fact it can be deadly.  This story is exactly why you shouldn't text and drive.

The fight over convincing motorists not to text and drive may have taken a turn for the better in one state.

A man who was texting and driving found himself you-know-what out of luck.

On April 3rd, 22-year old Colorado student Alexander Heit had been texting a friend while he was driving and drifted into oncoming traffic. He ended up rolling his car over and off the road.  Heit's parents have just released the text message he was typing right before the accident that claimed his young life.
