Therapeutic Massage Techniques

I know getting older is not everyone's favorite thing to do. I mean once you turn a certain age it's not as much fun. I get it. Turning older sure beats the alternative. So when you can find fun things to do you just have to grasp them.

This birthday tradition started out as me trying to be funny. It has lasted for four years now. I am a patient over at Perkins Family Chiropractic. I started going there because they also have a massage therapist in the office. I have been going to the office for over ten years.

Sometimes things just happen. Sometimes they become traditions. Here is one I didn't know would happen. I'm so happy it did.
