weird amarillo

The stories say that somewhere just north of town, there's a giant enclosure you can see from the road. Inside, lives Amarillo's resident gorilla.

The question I feel that a lot of us come to when looking at it is, why here?

It's a question that involves Route 66, Dallas, contemporary work spaces, and an arcade.

If it weren't for that darn meddling giant cross in Groom, this would have been the biggest religious attraction to hit the panhandle.
