As we approached 2020 a lot of people think of resolutions. Some people want to get healthier. Other's want a healthier bank account. They resolve to get out of debt. Some people want to give up alcohol.
Halloween is right around the corner and you know what that means: the holidays are right behind it, coming in hot and laden with anxiety. Now is the time for some "pre-holiday decompression" which is really just a fancy way of saying "relax, eat all of the leftover Halloween candy you can get your hands on, and drink a lot of wine."
