Amarillo Lane Closures: Week of August 3rd

We had quite a bit of rain in the last few days which has probably slowed down some construction in the area. However, new construction pops up all the time and that is why we want you to be prepared when it comes to your commute on Monday morning. Here is your weekly list of lane closures in the area.

I-27, lane closures at various locations between Hollywood and Rockwell for cable barrier repair.
I-40, lane closures in the eastbound left and center lanes at the Coulter Street overpass for patching.
I-40, lane closures in the eastbound left and center lanes at Paramount for patching.
I-40, lane closures in the westbound right lane from Coulter to Loop 335 (Soncy) for the next few weeks for ramp construction.
US 87,lane closures in the right lane southbound from the Canadian River Bridge to Amarillo Creek for a seal coat operation.
FM 1541 (Washington Street), expect lane closures in both directions on the railroad overpass near 58th Street for bridge deck repair.
Loop 335 (Soncy), expect various lane closures in both directions from 45th Street to 34thStreet for an ADA ramp project.
SE Loop 335 and Georgia Street, access to NB Georgia Street is closed to prepare the roadway for an overpass project. Motorists are being detoured to Western Street and Farmers Avenue.

So don’t find yourself running late for work tomorrow. Make note of the lane closures before you head out.
