If you spend enough time digging through old records, you're bound to find some truly bizarre music, and it seems like 'Tonight Show' host Jimmy Fallon learned that lesson the hard way. Fallon is a big music guy -- he even listens to it in his brand new truck!! -- but that doesn't mean he loves all music. In fact, he's got so many records he can't stand that he's cued up a new segment on the show: "The Do Not Play List."
Everyone wants in on the 'Game of Thrones' business! Now that the popular HBO series has returned for season 4, the promotional tie-ins are starting to roll out, and it looks like KFC is hungry to spread the love, synergy, and chicken.
'Tonight Show' host Jimmy Fallon is beyond excited to embark on a long-awaited journey this week, one that involves a truck (#NewTruck!), an actual aircraft carrier, and a bunch of really, really excited Ford sales consultants (car dealers). As he announced last week, Fallon is playing a little game -- shocker! -- in order to determine who will actually sell him a shiny new Ford 150 King Ranch. It's Fingers on a 4x4! And one of these people will win it sometime in the next seven days! Can you feel the excitement?
'Tonight Show' host Jimmy Fallon has been in the market for a truck for awhile now -- why the hard-and-fast New Yorker needs a truck is still a bit of a mystery, but it may involve pumpkin-hauling -- and he's finally settled on one. It's a Ford 150 King Ranch! Which sort of sounds like a delicious brand of potato chip, but also looks very impressive.
Jimmy Fallon must have some kind of death wish -- after all, what sort of nut would ban dancing from their 'Tonight Show' and then invite Kevin Bacon on as a guest? There's a historical precedent here that's hard to ignore. Kevin Bacon loves dancing. You can't take dancing away from Kevin Bacon. Step back. Or, rather, get back.
"Not alright, not alright, not alright!" No matter how famous you may be, if your name is at all confounding, confusing, or oddly spelled, some people still might not know how to spell it -- not now, not ever. Matthew McConaughey may have just won an Oscar for Best Actor, but that doesn't mean that the average Joe can parse his last name, and Seth Meyers is out to prove that said average Joe (or, in this case, an average Frank) isn't the only one inept at putting the correct letters together.
Springing forth from the same lineage of Katniss Everdeen, far removed from the toxically weak Bella Swan bloodline, ‘Divergent’ heroine Beatrice “Tris” Prior is well worth rooting for, even if her debut film isn’t as compelling as its leading lady. Based on Veronica Roth’s best-selling YA trilogy, Neil Burger’s film is cripplingly faithful to its source material, and although he and screenwriters Evan Daugherty and Vanessa Taylor have plenty of rich material to pull from, the film’s inability to distill it down to its most essential bits makes for a strangely bloated and often flatlining final product.
Yet, for its dragging run time – nearly two and a half hours – and its repetitive nature, ‘Divergent’ should both thrill fans and (hopefully) excite newcomers who will leave the theater wanting to know where its open ending travels next.
Do you ever wonder what happens on late night shows during the commercial breaks? Does the host and his or her current guest sit there in silence? Do they craft a way to steer their interview once the cameras are back on them? Do they simply drink coffee from their ever-ready mugs? Turns out, if it's 'The Tonight Show' and host Jimmy Fallon is in the middle of interviewing James Franco, the two of them just end up talking about Horatio Sanz.
Human nature can be so predictable. There are plenty of things that nearly all human beings like, and 'The Tonight Show'host Jimmy Fallonmanaged to cannily cram two of those things into one little video last night on his show.
Jimmy Kimmelis still busy broadcasting his show live from Austin, Texas' SXSW Festival, and the'Jimmy Kimmel Live'host seems to be really getting into the spirit of both the city and the event in offering us an actually laugh-inducing car insurance commercial. (Eat it, GEICO!)
'Tonight Show'host Jimmy Fallonloves a lot of things, but there are few he loves as much as inventing weird new games by putting an unexpected twist on them. Card games? Involve water. Three-legged race? Get a giant shoe. Ping-pong? Knit up a double turtleneck and shove the guest in alongside Fallon. Yup, there's a new 'Tonight Show' game, and it involves knit wear.
Let it never be said that Jon Hammdoesn't like to have a good time. The 'Mad Men' star might be known for his hard-nosed role on the uber-dramatic AMC series, but he likes to stir up mirth in his off-time, from 'SNL' hosting and pop-in appearances to helping 'Tonight Show'hostJimmy Fallonwith some gags for his show. In keeping with the latter, Fallon and Hamm took to the Top of the Rock (on top of NBC's 30 Rock in NYC) over the weekend to photobomb innocent city gazers.
