Cell Phones are Not the Most Distracting Things While Driving

I realize that the cell phone ban is still a huge hot topic in Amarillo.  I see people every day breaking the new law.  I am guessing those people oppose the law.  As for my point of view, I understand the no texting while driving, and I also understand the only way to enforce that was a total cell phone ban.  However, there is something that is more distracting while driving. 

Kids! Kids are a worse distraction in the car.

I understand that this study was done in Australia, but most of us do have children and they are usually in the car with us.

I also understand they showed how unsafe talking and texting were as well.

So if kids are more distracting than cell phones my question is:
