Center City of Amarillo is bringing this one of a kind event to the city.  Here's how the chess challenge works.

Alex Onischuk, a Grandmaster of chess, who is also the head coach of the Texas Tech Chess team will be playing 30 different players at once.    He is the 2006 US Chess Champion and also considered the 5th best chess player in the country.

There will be a cash prize for anyone who can beat the Grandmaster.  If more than one person beats him then the cash prize will be split among the winners.
