McSteamy a.k.a Eric Dane Checks Into Rehab

Eric Dane, Grey’s Anatomy’s McSteamy, has just check into rehab due to pain killer addiction.  Hmm, I guess playing a doctor on TV you have access to all those tiny little pills that make you feel better.  This does make me sad, another Hollywood actor fallen into addiction.

According to People:

“Actor Eric Dane voluntarily checked himself into a

treatment facility to help him get off of pain medication that he was prescribed for a sports injury that he suffered over

the recent hiatus. He reports back to work this week. Business as usual,” his rep says in a statement.

Kudos to Dane for deciding to get clean.  Especially, since his wife Rebecca Gayheart is expecting their second child.
