A great way people can deal with a loss is by writing their feelings down in a journal. Or if you are one of the lucky ones, you can write a song, record it and (hopefully) get it on the radio. As we approach Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday (1/20), it reminded me about songs that are played on the radio about celebrities who are no longer with us.

As Bob Dylan sang in 1964, 'The Times They Are A-Changing,' and changing they were as we rolled into the 1990's. Before the decade would end words like 'World Wide Web,' 'The Internet' and 'Y2K' would be part of our everyday language. We would see grunge and hip-hop make it's place in music history and Thursday Nights on NBC really was the home of 'Must See TV.'
