A Year Later, Delilah Commemorates Her Son’s Life with Special Tribute [VIDEO]

One year ago today, Delilah lost her son, Sammy. Delilah found Sammy in a Ghana orphanage. Sammy, who was 15 years old at the time of his passing, suffered from sickle-cell anemia. Delilah is marking today's somber anniversary by remembering her son with a special song.
