If you find your pet missing here in Amarillo here's what you can do to see if you can get them back.

Kirby is a girl who needs a great home. She's 1 1/2 and has the prettiest coloring. She needs you to adopt her today.

Over the weekend our family had yet a not so fun pet adventure involving our newest kitten.

When you have a pet, they become a part of your family. No one wants to think about losing their pet and that's why getting them microchip is a great idea. If they get lost, then any vet, shelter, etc can scan them and find you!

Amarillo has an animal overpopulation problem.

Pepe is lost and is looking for his owners. If they can't be found, he will be available for adoption.

Papi is the cutest little fella and would make anyone the perfect pet. He needs a forever home and you can adopt him now at the Amarillo SPCA.

This week we met Pooh Boy, a sweet young chihuahua/terrier mix. He and his sister have a very sad story. There little world was turned upside down when their owner was killed in a car wreck and they were left orphaned. Both of them are available for adoption, and it would be nice if they could be adopted together. You'll get to meet Pooh Boy below. His sister wasn't with him when we recorded the video. They are both available at the Amarillo SPCA.

Millie stopped by this week and she is just as sweet as she can be, and the great news is she can be your best friend  She's available for adoption at the Amarillo SPCA.

I made a hard decision today.  One I didn't think I would have to make, or shall I say one I was hoping I would not have to make.  I had to put my dogs down today.  Not just one of my dogs,  I had to put down both my dogs.

If you have been looking for a great volunteer opportunity, but you don't know if you can commit to a long term then we just might have the right opportunity for you.  This is something the entire family can be involved in.  First of all, you must love animals.  You need to have love and compassion and you'll need to be ready to give scratches, belly rubs and more.

I met this handsome fella this week and he is a charmer and flirt.  He's still a puppy and would love to come home with you forever.  Meet Lucius.
