Thanksgiving is a few weeks away and one of the best things about Thanksgiving is the pie. Pie is awesome and Thanksgiving is the holiday where we dig into all sorts of pie.  No one wants to slave in the kitchen making pies.  Why put that on yourself when you can get a delicious pie already made by professionals. Growing up, my grandmothers were the best cooks.  Man could they cook.  My paternal grandmother was the best pumpkin pie and cream pie maker around.  My maternal grandmother could make a mean pecan pie.  Of course, we would eat lunch at one house and dinner at the other.  So I always made room for pie.
