Flowers: A Do or Don’t on Valentine’s Day
When it comes to Valentine's Day, it is the biggest day of the year for florists. I can't even begin to imagine how many roses go out on Valentine's Day or other flowers for that matter. I don't know about you, but I like flowers every now and then, it's a nice gesture. However, I was kind of shocked to find out that a lot of women don't want flowers for Valentine's Day.
I know a lot of men don't like to buy flowers because "they are going to die anyway," but I didn't realize that some women feel the same way.
I was reading a survey from the Caption Fragrance Company that found 46% of women feel disappointed when the get flowers on Valentine's Day.
50% of women don't like fresh flowers because they don't last.
What? I guess I must be in the other half of that survey. I always love to get flowers on Valentine's Day and fresh flowers are beautiful and wonderful to have on my desk.
I always thought that flowers were the perfect gift for Valentine's Day, am I alone in thinking this?
