While fans have been busy dissecting the Game of Thrones series finale, one of its stars is focusing on his health. Kit Harington, who played Jon Snow on the hit show, has checked himself into a wellness retreat.

"Kit has decided to utilize this break in his schedule as an opportunity to spend some time at a wellness retreat to work on some personal issues," his rep told E! News.

The 32-year-old has reportedly been at the treatment center for about a month now, arriving ahead of the series finale. His reason for the retreat? Of Harington's retreat stay, a source told Page Six, "The end of GoT really hit Kit hard...he realized 'this is it — this is the end,' it was something they had all worked so hard on for so many years. He had a moment of, what next?" We can only imagine what kind of toll ending something you've worked on for nearly a decade could have on a person.

The insider also mentioned his wife and GoT co-star Rose Leslie's support during this time. "His wife Rose is being extremely supportive. Everyone close to him really wanted him to get some rest. Right now, he just needs peace and quiet," they said.

We wish Kit all the best!
