How Concerned Should You Be About The Measles Outbreak
The measles outbreak in Texas is mind-blowing, especially when you look at the numbers from last year. Supposedly there were only 285 measles cases total across the U.S. last year. Texas is almost halfway there in just a few weeks.

There are a lot of people concerned, and, understandably, they would be. Measles is insanely contagious, in fact, it's one of the most contagious diseases known to humans.
Experts of course point out that immunization is the best way to protect yourself against measles. Measles can cause long-term issues and even death. Symptoms to watch for include fever, cough, runny nose, watery eyes, and rash.
