3) The Ruffled Cup, 3440 S Bell St. 4 1/2 stars. "The Ruffled Cup honestly has the BEST cupcakes in Amarillo! This is mine and my hubs favorite spot when we wanna splurge on our diet. The cupcakes melt in your mouth."

4) Belmar Bakery, 3325 Bell St. 4 stars. "I've been going here since I was a child. I loved it then and I love it now! I still go here for a surprise treat for my two boys."

5) The Crave Factory, 4925 S Western St. 3 1/2 stars. "Stopped in to the Crave Factory this afternoon (Saturday). It was a delight to see their cases all full with a wide variety of confections; cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cackle pops, cheesecake slices and fried pies."
