Actor Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in the 'Harry Potter' films, could basically be hat designer Philip Treacy's son -- which means that the 'Potter' casting team really missed the mark when they didn't cast Treacy as the older Draco Malfoy during the franchise's 19-years-later epilogue.

Tom Felton got his start playing the bratty Slytherin and future Death Eater Draco Malfoy in the successful movie series. Felton would go on to play an equally bratty primate shelter worker in 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes,' and a not-so-bratty college student who accidentally wills a ghost into being in 'The Apparition.'

Philip Treacy is an Irish milliner (the hoity-toity term for "dude who makes hats"), and he's a favorite of celebrities, most notably Kate Middleton, his friend Lady Gaga, and Sarah Jessica Parker, whose hat caused the 2013 Met Gala's best GIF -- with an assist from Jennifer Lawrence, of course.
