Friendly Reminder: Fireworks Are Illegal in the City Limits of Amarillo

Growing up, my grandparents lived out in the country thus out of the city limits.  So, when the 4th of July rolled around we would always go out to their house with our massive package of fireworks.  We'd shoot fireworks off in their middle of their dirt road.   If, and only if we had a good rainy season and not in a drought.  Yes, it was fun. But, we were outside the city limits and it was legal. We were extremely careful.  If they had not have lived outside the city limits it would not have happened because fireworks are illegal inside the city limits.

Children’s Miracle Network Miracle – Mylee Malone from 1 Pound to Beautiful 5-Year Old
