Gavin DeGraw, who recently made headlines when he was brutally attacked, is teaming up with ‘American Idol’ champ David Cook to co-headline a nationwide tour. It’s unclear who will sing first at the concerts, but most shows like this switch up the order of the performers from week to week. Carolina Liar will serve as the opening act for the pair.
