I love it when the Christmas season rolls around.  I love the classic Christmas shows including, "Frosty the Snowman", "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer", "How the Grinch Stole Christmas".  I even love the new classics like "Shrek the Halls", "Spongebob Christmas", "Merry Madagascar" and "Prep and Landing".  However, I am growing to hate these beloved shows.

You may be asking, "Lori, now why would you hate these shows"?  Well that explanation is simple, Ethan.  Ethan has taking a liking to these shows.  In year's past we have watched and he wouldn't show much interest but this year, he wants to watch them over and over and over again.

When we first watched "Frosty the Snowman" this season, it was a warm and fuzzy moment.  He cried when Frosty melted and it took me back to when I watched it for the first time and cried when Frosty melted.  However, now after watching so many times in the last week, when Frosty melts, I think, "Thank Goodness it is almost over".

My afternoons, after we finish homework, are filled with Christmas shows.  It will only get worse.  Today, we watch a "Charlie Brown Christmas".  I am scared because it is an hour long show that I don't want to watch over and over and over.
