Borger Celebrates Opening New Dome and Convention Center

If it's been a while since you've been to Borger, then you don't want to miss this opportunity to celebrate with them. From the old to the new!

They are finally opening up the Dome. The Dome has been a landmark of Borger for decades and the City of Borger remodeled this facility and it's finally getting its Grand Re-Opening.

Coming up on Saturday, July 23rd, join the City of Borger as they celebrate The Dome!

They are having a party. Not a big huge party like Live at the Dome, but a celebration to say Yes! It's finished and it's beautiful and it's ready to be used and adored.

They will kick off the morning with an official Ribbon Cutting at 10am. They will then take the public on a tour of the inside of the new building.

Then you get to enjoy shopping at their local Farmers Market on the parking grounds of the Dome.

This is huge for Borger. They held a big event in April called Live at the Dome and it was amazing. Now that The Dome will be open I can only imagine all the fun events that will take place inside these walls. Banquets, Awards, Proms, Weddings, Business meetings, and so many other things.

If it's been a while since you have been to Borger then make plans to join them for their Grand Re-Opening of The Dome and Convention Center, and then make sure you tour the town. Stop by Neumann and Company, and grab a coffee and shop, stop into Hipshots or Sutphen's and grab some BBQ. Feeling nostalgic? They have a Bennigan's.

On your way home stop in Fritch and drive around Lake Meredith and maybe drop a line (it'll probably be too hot).
