The holiday season is here. Thanksgiving is just a couple of weeks away, and after that, we'll all be preparing for visits with Santa, Christmas lights, and affording presents. There will be a lot of Christmas events happening around town, and if you hope to get in on them, you'll need to plan. Take for instance the upcoming Breakfast With Santa event in Amarillo.

Santa Is Coming To Amarillo To Have Breakfast With You

Santa will make a special stop in Amarillo at the Warford Activity Center to have breakfast with area families. The breakfast consists of pancakes and sausage, and you'll have the chance to get some photos with Santa. Other activities are planned for the kids to enjoy while they're there.

The breakfast is on Saturday, December 14, and there are two sessions. One is from 8:30 AM until 11 AM. The second session is from 11 AM to 12:30 PM. The cost is $10 per person or $40 for a family of five or more. You will need to get your space reserved ahead of time. Follow this link to save your spot.

Holiday Activities That Make Life-Long Memories

Events like this are some of my favorite parts of the whole holiday season. When I think about the holidays during my childhood, I remember events like this like they happened yesterday. They left a lasting impression on me and gave me good memories to look back on.

If you're looking for things to do with the kids this holiday season, there will be plenty happening around Amarillo. This event is a good one because of the cost. You get breakfast, cookie decorating, and pictures with Santa without breaking the bank to do it. You can make some of those lasting holiday memories, and have a little change left in your pocket.
