When you are in high school the one thing you really don't want to miss is prom. It is just something you do, and it has been something that has been a traditional right of passage for high school students for over a century. That's why this story is amazing. A class in 1943 had their prom cancelled because of the war and they are now having it 70 years later.

I started doing a little research because apparently as you get older your forget certain things you learned as a child.
Back on this day in 1985 an American-French expedition by led by marine geologist Dr. Robert Ballard located the wreck. The Titanic sank on April 15, 1912 and over 1,500 lives perished on that fateful night.ti
